CX Aortic Live 2024 Abstract E-Poster Submission Guidelines

Abstract applicants selected for the abstract programme at CX Aortic Live 2024 have been asked to create an electronic poster for display on-site at CX Aortic Live 7 – 8 October 2024 and online.

To include your electronic poster in the abstract programme, please register for CX Aortic Live 2024 using the discount code emailed to you and follow the submission guidelines below.

The deadline for submission is Thursday, 3 October 2024 at 00:59 CET / 23:59 BST.

What is an E-Poster?

An E-Poster is an electronic version/PDF of a traditional poster presentation. Please find some examples of E-Posters here.

An E-Poster may include:

  • Text
  • Figures
  • Charts
  • Tables
  • Images
  • Artwork
 An E-Poster does not include:

  • Audio
  • Video
  • Web Links
  • Animation

 

How are E-Posters displayed?

The E-Postes will be displayed on large touchscreens in the Lower Belvedere area of the Andaz Vienna Am Belvedere throughout the meeting, 7 – 8 October 2024. The screens will display interactive menus with the option to find and view individual posters.

The E-Posters will also be available to view online via the MyCX App.

Format Specifications

Please prepare your E-Poster in accordance with the specifications below:

  • E-Posters must be submitted as PDF documents
  • E-Posters must be formatted in a 16:9 ratio (landscape)
  • E-Poster PDF files must should include embedded fonts and any images you would to include
  • E-Poster file name” “E-Poster – Topic Area – First Name Last Name”. Example: “E-Poster – Aortic Arch – John Smith”.
