The livestream runs from 11:00 – 18:00 BST on Tuesday 5 – Thursday 7 October and will be available on catch-up each day for 12 hours after the end of that day’s livestream, after which they will be available in the on-demand area during and after the event.
The CX event platform will be ready to browse at 10:00 BST on Tuesday, giving you an opportunity to view on-demand programme content and industry channels before the livestream starts.
